Our Founder
Julia Moore, Ph.D., NRCC (TC)
Founder/CEO
Julia Moore, Ph.D., NRCC (TC) holds a B.S. in Chemistry with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Columbia University. She is board-certified as a toxicological chemist and high-complexilty CLIA laboratory director with the National Registry of Certified Chemists (NRCC-TC).
Prior to establishing ToxLab Consulting, Dr. Moore worked as a Laboratory Director/Toxicologist in clinical reference laboratories and physician office laboratories. During that time, she directed laboratory setup operations, method development, method validation, regulatory compliance with COLA, CAP, and CLIA, daily production activities, client relations, and provided general oversight of all laboratory operations. She has a strong working knowledge of LCMS and immunoassay instrumentation. Dr. Moore restructures existing clinical laboratories as well as sets up new laboratories from the ground up.
Dr. Moore founded ToxLab Consulting to expand her high-quality clinical laboratory services to reach a broader audience.
