We provide board-certified Lab Directors who are qualified to oversee both High Complexity and Moderate Complexity Labs.

Actively provide guidance on clinical operations within the laboratory

Visit the laboratory in person on a regular basis (bimonthly typical)

Are available remotely via phone or email for lab support

Complete monthly Quality Assurance Reviews for the laboratory

Oversee Proficiency Testing and Alternative Proficiency Testing (Split Sample Testing)

Ensure the laboratory is meeting state and federal regulations

Distribute monthly Continuing Education for lab staff to meet CLIA and COLA guidelines

Review instrument maintenance logs monthly

Review instrument calibration records

Review Quality Control Records for all testing platforms

Suggest ways to improve the operational success of the lab

Perform Personnel Competency Assessments

Depending on lab's test complexity, a Technical Supervisor or Technical Consultant is needed, and individuals in these roles must have training and experience in each specialty and subspecialty of testing. These roles are typically remote, with periodic onsite visits as needed. This service is an ideal solution for physician office laboratories and small to mid-sized reference labs, offering affordable, expert guidance tailored to your needs.
