We specialize in clinical laboratories that perform urine and oral fluid drug testing (LC-MS/MS confirmatory testing and/or Immunoassay testing). This includes physician office laboratories and private reference laboratories.

Lab Director Services
We set our selves apart from other consulting companies by providing board certified lab directors that are actively involved in your laboratory. The lab director role is typically part-time, and s/he routinely visits the lab to ensure that the lab is compliant with all applicable regulations, carrying out quality assurance reviews, monitoring and reviewing quality controls, performing lab personnel competency assessments, performing manual reviews, following standard operating procedures, etc. Behind the scenes, the lab director is working remotely to ensure the lab is staying current with continuing education, split sample testing, proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, instrument calibrations, etc. Our lab directors are knowledgeable of CLIA, COLA, and CAP regulatory platforms. We understand the importance of a lab director’s role in the lab, and we believe that a lab director should be actively engaged with the laboratory to ensure accurate and quality testing.
Start-Up Laboratory Services
We provide start-up laboratory assistance for clinical urine/oral fluid drug testing laboratories. This may include both screening (immunoassay-based) and LC-MS/MS confirmation testing. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following items:
